Weekly cashback vs daily cashback: what changes?

For loss-based cashback, the calculation window decides which results are combined. A daily calculation can treat losing days separately; a weekly calculation can offset losses against wins within the same week. A daily or weekly label may instead describe the claim or payment schedule. Read the terms to find the actual calculation window and reset time.

A worked example in EUR

Illustration only, not an offer from a listed casino. Assume 10% cashback on eligible net losses, with no cap, deductions or carry-over. You lose €100 on day one and win €60 on day two; there are no other results. Under the daily model below, each day is settled independently and a winning day pays no cashback.

Those figures change if a scheme carries winning balances forward, deducts bonuses or limits the payment. Neither rebate recovers the full €40 net loss. Cashback does not make gambling profitable, and playing more to reach a reward can increase losses.

Loss-based cashback vs turnover rewards

A loss rebate uses an eligible loss figure. Turnover cashback uses the total qualifying stakes, even when those bets win. Wolfy's recorded points conversion is an example of the second model: €10 per point × 25 points gives €250 in eligible bets for €1, equivalent to 0.4% of qualifying turnover.

That is not a 0.4% refund of losses. “Eligible” matters: excluded games or bonus-funded play may not contribute. Wolfy's screenshot does not settle every restriction, and older terms in our review need confirmation against the current promotion before a claim.

Cashback casinos without wagering: what counts as wager-free?

Check the requirement on the cashback award itself. A reward with 1× wagering is not wager-free, even if it is credited to a real-money balance. For an illustrative €20 cashback award, 1× on that award means €20 of qualifying bets before withdrawal. It does not mean another deposit of €20, and it does not guarantee the money survives those bets.

Wolfy's recorded turnover-points promotion advertises wager-free cashback. Buran's supplied weekly and live-casino rules instead specify 1×. Weekly cashback casino example: Buran's EUR rules

The original English terms were reviewed again on 7 November 2026. They restrict the weekly casino offer to eligible users in the top three VIP levels. The table records those terms, not a new claim test or guaranteed availability for every account.

• Period and minimum: Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 UTC, with at least €5 cashback due. The reward minimum is not a €5 minimum deposit.
• Opt-in: it covers four weeks of continued qualifying deposits and play. Active players are automatically opted in for another four weeks at the reset. The credited reward still needs activation in My Bonuses before expiry; the supplied image does not state the length of that activation window.
• Calculation: the stated basis is qualifying net losses on participating casino games from deposits during the period. The wording excludes net losses from bonus money and jackpot wins. Live Casino play belongs to a separate offer.
• Wagering: the reward is credited to the real balance with 1× wagering. Do not label this weekly offer as cashback without wagering.

Live casino cashback has a different claim route

Buran's separate live-casino offer records 25% cashback, from a €5 minimum award up to €200, for the same Monday-to-Sunday UTC period. It does not require an additional opt-in. The player must request the reward through live chat or email on the following Monday, after 06:00 and before 23:59 UTC. Its cashback also requires 1× wagering before withdrawal.

The additional active-day free spins in that screenshot are restricted to players registered from Italy; they are not included here as a global benefit. Read the Buran cashback and reload conditions alongside the offer displayed in your own account. These rules do not establish the terms at other casinos.

What to check before claiming casino cashback

• Calculation basis: net losses, deposits minus withdrawals, qualifying stakes or points are different measures. Check bonus deductions and any carried-forward balance.
• Period and deadline: establish the start, end, time zone, claim expiry and whether credit arrives automatically.
• Percentage and cap: a headline percentage only applies to eligible activity. At 10%, €200 in eligible losses would yield €20, but a €15 cap would limit it to €15.
• Cash or bonus funds: wager-free cashback has no wagering requirement on that award. Bonus cashback can require further play. For example, a 10× requirement on a €10 cashback bonus means €100 of qualifying wagering if the multiplier applies to the bonus alone.
• Access and withdrawal: verify your country, account tier, qualifying games, identity checks and any withdrawal limits. Wager-free does not mean every account can withdraw immediately.
